It was as expected, had a very good stay during two weeks vacation. Tidy hotel, greatly enjoyed to be very close to centre, and Durbar Marg and the Royal Palace thanks to exceptionally nice and unbeatable location👍
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were unprofessional.

Victorian-era architecture furnished with antiques, art & artifacts. I felt like I had stepped into a time machine and landed in the grandeur of the Victorian era. The hotel's exquisite Rocco works and wrought iron verandas added an elegant touch to my stay. It truly felt like living in a museum, surrounded by history and beauty.
Electric kettler with a European plug. The only small inconvenience I faced was the European plug on the electric kettle.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place is just 15 minutes away from Thamel, which is perfect as I wanted somewhere quiet and accessible. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-lit, with large windows that offered beautiful views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting on the tea-table with the provided couches, sipping on a great cup of coffee. The food served here was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel also offers a range of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient. I would like to thank the staff for their excellent recommendations on places to visit and activities to do, as well as their assistance in changing currency. it was a wonderful experience.
While this hotel is not close to any restaurants and shops, it is still a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

What a fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived at the airport and was greeted by a driver, to the warm welcome from the reception staff, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room on the second floor was quiet and had a lovely view. The spacious room had all the amenities I needed, including a safe and a comfortable bed. The laundry options and bathroom amenities were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive to my needs. The hotel even stored my bags for two weeks while I was away. a top-notch experience!

Delightful dining options, sparkling swimming pool, three exclusive rooftop gardens, historic mansion turned boutique hotel.
The plastic place mats were a lovely touch, and the limited menu made me feel like I had truly experienced the elegant past.

Located near Thamel area, which is great for exploring the city, but also in a quieter location. Close to all the embassies, making it convenient for business travel. the rooms are comfortable with good bathrooms. the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast has a decent selection.
The outdoor facilities could be improved, as some areas feel neglected or abandoned.

The hotel is located in a good spot. It is easy to reach from the airport and close to the tourist attractions. the staff is friendly and tries to help. the view from the room is nice. You can see the city and the mountains.
The food is bad. the menu is very limited and the breakfast is boring.
